We are seeking a curious and experienced professional to join our trusted advisory team. The Tax + Advisory Services Consultant will play a key leadership role within our Salina market and actively contribute to our Firmwide tax team. Responsibilities will include providing proactive tax consulting and planning, conducting compliance reviews, performing in-depth research, and serving a diverse range of clients and industries. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent within the tax and advisory services team.

Requirements:
CPA certification is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns, with supervisory experience.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Active involvement in the community and capability to develop additional business and services for clients.
