Are you an experienced construction leader ready to take charge of impactful water and municipal projects?
We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10+ years of verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial construction—preferably in water treatment, pools, or municipal infrastructure. You’ll be the hands-on leader directing crews, managing schedules, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead and train on-site crews, assigning tasks and optimizing workflow
Maintain daily logs, SWPPP compliance, and material inventory tracking
Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and engineers to prevent delays
Work closely with project managers and architects to align execution with plans
Develop work schedules to avoid conflicts and keep projects on track
(Bonus) Certified crane operation or willingness to obtain certification
What You Bring
10+ years in construction supervision (water/pool/municipal projects preferred)
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites
What We Offer
$80K–$120K salary (based on experience) + performance bonuses
