We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive with the confidence and experience to connect with key decision-makers across the commercial real estate and construction landscape. This role is ideal for someone with existing relationships — and the drive to build new ones — with Commercial Real Estate Brokers, General Contractors, Architects & Designers, Landlords, Project Managers, and end users across the U.S.

You’ll be a core part of our growing sales team, showcasing our innovative product offerings, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every client experience reflects our commitment to excellence.

Role Objectives

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Commercial Real Estate Brokers, General Contractors, Designers, Landlords, and end users.

  • Educate prospective and current clients on our product lines and services, coordinating support as needed.

  • Stay informed about new product offerings and key trends within the industry to strengthen your consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your accounts — supporting clients and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Present and promote our products and services to generate new opportunities and close deals.

  • Conduct regular prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and client meetings or dinners.

  • Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to strategic brainstorming and planning.

  • Perform ongoing follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued brand visibility.

  • Maintain accurate records in a CRM system of all leads, prospects, partners, and manufacturers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Prior sales experience, ideally within commercial furniture or architectural wall systems.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms and On-Screen Takeoff (OST) is a plus.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as needed.

  • A team player with a professional and consultative sales approach.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Industry-best commission structure that rewards performance generously.

  • Highly competitive 401(k) employer match to help you build your future.

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Hybrid work flexibility – typically 2 days in-office, remote otherwise.

  • Ongoing training, career development opportunities, and more.
