Key Responsibilities:
Design Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in preparing complete project plans and documentation
Support Project Manager with jurisdictional coordination and project submittals
Coordinate with other in-house disciplines to ensure project cohesion
Construction Administration:
Assist Project Manager with construction administration activities throughout the project lifecycle
Administrative Responsibilities:
Attend weekly team meetings
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and project objectives
Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Project Manager
Senior Project Designers and Project Designers may report to the Civil Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer
Qualifications:
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California (Required)
4–8 years of experience in site development and land development projects
Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Land Desktop Development (LDD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred)
