The organization is looking for a Rental Account Manager to join the team, working Monday–Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm.


What You’ll Do:


The Rental Account Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Commercial Truck Rental product line. They will also oversee the day-to-day operation of the rental fleet, including utilization and revenue per unit, while managing accounts to the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and inspired to exceed expectations, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, profitable decisions.


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Actively market the commercial truck rental product line
  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans with measurable results
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Visit assigned customers and prospect new ones, serving as a public relations liaison
  • Communicate rental needs to internal support teams
  • Meet rental revenue and utilization budgets, as well as new business sales goals
  • Complete prospecting activities to secure appointments with decision makers
  • Schedule and document activities
  • Monitor market behavior and competitive trends, responding accordingly
  • Regularly meet with management to review sales activities, progress, and prospective customers


Required Qualifications:


  • 2–5+ years of related sales experience preferred
  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a customer service focus
  • Must work well independently and within a team


Compensation:


  • Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year (depending on skills and qualifications)
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities and additional incentives
  • Full-time position


Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to pass post-offer drug test and background check
